1. Information you choose to provide

You may provide your name, company, email address, WhatsApp contact, destination country or port, product requirements, quantity, budget, delivery target and other purchasing information when requesting a quotation.

2. Secure quotation requests and WhatsApp

When you submit a quotation form, the information is sent securely to FUSION Vehicle and stored in a private inquiry record so our export team can review the requirement and prepare a response. A copy is then prepared for WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it there.

Quotation records are used only for sales follow-up, product matching, inspection, shipping and customer support. They are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active transaction, legal compliance or dispute handling.

3. Website and technical information

Our hosting, security and caching providers may process normal technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and security events. Cookies may be used for essential website functions, performance, security and preferences.

4. Search and analytics services

We may use search performance, website analytics or conversion measurement services to understand how visitors find and use the website. We will not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses or free-text inquiry contents to analytics platforms. If optional analytics is enabled, applicable cookie controls and notices should be used where required.

5. How information is used

• Respond to product, inspection, pricing and shipping inquiries.
• Match vehicles or equipment to the buyer’s route and operating requirements.

Information may be shared only when reasonably required with relevant staff, vehicle workshops, suppliers, inspection providers, shipping agents, ports, document service providers or professional advisers involved in the requested transaction. Because the business is international, information may be processed in countries different from your own.

Inquiry and transaction information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, contract performance, legal obligations, dispute handling and business records. Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission method is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask what contact information we hold, request correction or deletion where legally available, or object to marketing communication. Contract, tax, customs or legal records may need to be retained for the period required by law.

9. Third-party links

This website may link to WhatsApp, email services, shipping references and other external websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not by FUSION Vehicle.
