2. Product availability and configuration
Catalogue pages are not a binding stock commitment. Vehicle availability, year, mileage or operating hours, condition, engine, axle layout, dimensions, accessories, refurbishment scope and other specifications must be confirmed in the written quotation for each unit or batch.
3. Prices and quotations
Unless a current written quotation states otherwise, website content does not constitute a binding offer. Final price depends on the confirmed product, condition, quantity, preparation scope, departure port, destination, shipping method, currency and trade term.
4. Inspection and buyer review
The inspection scope and evidence supplied depend on vehicle type and the agreed order. Buyers should review specifications, photos, videos, condition notes and contractual documents before payment or shipment approval. Independent inspection may be arranged when agreed.
5. Shipping and Incoterms
FOB, CFR, CIF or other delivery references apply only when stated in the commercial quotation or sales contract. Shipping schedules are estimates and can be affected by vessel availability, weather, port operations, customs, carrier decisions and events outside reasonable control.
6. Payment and contracts
Payment instructions are valid only when issued through authorised company channels and confirmed in the relevant commercial documents. Buyers should verify beneficiary and bank details directly before transferring funds. The signed contract and proforma invoice take priority over website wording.
7. Intellectual property
Website design, text, photographs, videos and brand materials may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission, except where third-party rights or product manufacturer materials apply.
